MISSION STATEMENT:

Our mission is to protect and enhance our customer's valuable insurance
coverage. To accomplish this goal, we go above and beyond our
customer's expectations by providing service and expertise with our
knowledge and our valuable company partners.

HISTORY:

The late Don Baltz established the Don Baltz Insurance Services Ltd.
agency in 1963. Originally Don and his wife Beverly operated the business
out of their home. In 1985 due to growth the office was moved to the current
location. Dexter Sattler, CIC, started with the agency in 1985. He is a
licensed agent in property/casualty and life/health. In 1997 the agency
named was changed to The Insurance Shoppe, Ltd. Dexter became
principle owner in 1998 when Don & Beverly retired. Nannette Popp, CISR,
Don and Beverly's daughter, joined the agency in 1996. She is a licensed
agent in property/casualty and life/health. Karen Wettstein, CISR, joined the
agency in 1998. She began her insurance career in 1977. She is a licensed
agent in property/casualty. Luke Geiser, CIC, became a team member in
1998 and is a licensed agent in property/casualty and life/health. Erica Bates
became a team member in 2005 and is a licensed agent in
property/casualty and life/health.
